Koenitzer Aquatic Center - Home to Kenosha Baracuda Swim Team (BST). - ( Campus Map - PDF)
The 156,000-square-foot N.E. Tarble Athletic and Recreation Center includes a 40-meter, 16-lane swimming pool housed by the Koenitzer Aquatic Center , an indoor rock-climbing wall, a 200-meter indoor track, a 5,000-square-foot fitness center, a baseball practice area, racquetball courts and multipurpose courts for basketball, volleyball, and tennis.
Directions:
From southbound I-94: Exit at Highway E, the first Kenosha exit (
Exit #339). Follow east for approximately eight miles, or until the road ends at Sheridan Road (Wisconsin Highway 32) and turn right (south). Carthage College is on this road, which turns into Alford Park Drive, approximately one mile south of Highway E. Turn left at the drive past the flagpole and over the bridge to reach the Carthage Physical Education Center and N.E. Tarble Athletic Center. The Koenitzer Aquatic Center is located on the northeast side of the complex along Campus Drive. |

We offer a great competition size pool
located near the gymnasiums at the Truax campus. Both recreational and instructional programs are available for all ages. The pool has 6 lanes and is 25 yards long. An aquatic lift is available to assist swimmers with disabilities.

Building hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 10 pm; Saturday 7 am - 3 pm or by permit.
Sunday the building is closed unless there is a scheduled event.
Directions:
MATC’s Truax Campus is located at 3550 Anderson St., near the junction of Hwy. 51 (E. Washington Ave.) and Hwy. 51 (Stoughton Rd.).
From I-90/94, you have your choice of three exits:
1) Take Exit 132 (Hwy. 51/Stoughton Rd.) south. Turn right on Anderson St. MATC will be on your right.
2) At Exit 135A (Hwy. 151/E. Washington Ave.), follow the sign marked 151 South/Madison; turn right on Hwy. 51 (Stoughton Rd.) and left on Anderson St.
3) At Exit 138 (Hwy. 30), take Hwy. 30. Follow the sign marked 30 West/Madison; turn right on Hwy. 51 (Stoughton Rd.) and left on Anderson St.
Parking Information:
Permits are required for all Truax Campus parking. Student parking is located west of the MATC building between Wright St. and Pearson St. Additional student parking is available next to the tennis courts at the corner of Straubel and Wright. Student stickers are automatically mailed once your fees are paid if they include parking. Call (608) 246-6031 for information.
For Assistance/Information:
If you’ve parked in the main lot off Wright Street: Enter the main building through the doors on the right side (Gym entrance). The Welcome Center is straight ahead. If you are parked in the short-term parking (25-minute) off Anderson Street next to the Administration Building: Enter the main building and follow the signs. |

A six lane, 50 meter outdoor pool with permanent starting blocks at one end (depth of starting end is 5 feet). The pool has non-turbulent competition lane lines and a fully automated Colorado Timing System with read-out board. |

C
onstruction was begun on the Klotsche Center in the fall of 1975. The building houses classrooms, offices, a multi-purpose gymnasium, handball and racquetball courts, a combatives gymnasium, weight training rooms, and a 25-yard swimming pool.
Getting to Campus by Car:
Scenic Lake Route From All Directions:
From I-43 or I-94 near Downtown, take I-794 east to Lakefront exit
(see city map). Proceed 3 miles north along the lake on Lincoln Memorial Dr. to the top of the hill, where Lincoln Memorial Dr. becomes E. Kenwood Blvd. and intersects with N. Lake Dr
(see neighborhood map). Proceed straight (west) on Kenwood five blocks to campus (see Campus map).

Parking Ramp 46 - Southeast Ramp, located at 301 N. Lake Street, has meters on the first level that are enforced at all times and cost $1.00 per hour. Meters are also available along the surrounding streets, such as W. Dayton Street and N. Lake Street.
Bike racks are available in front of the SERF as well as along the east side of the building by the Kohl Center.
